Powder Coating "NISSIN Powder" for Electrostatic Coating

The powder coating "NISSIN Powder" for electrostatic coating is mainly four kinds of powder coatings such as epoxy-based epoxy polyester based resin, thermosetting polyester-based resin, and thermosetting acrylic-based powder coating which are commercially available in the market. These powder coatings are applicable to various uses in accordance with respective characteristics.
The epoxy-based resin coating and the epoxy-polyester based resin coating have good physical properties against respective metals and reveal excellent characteristics such as corrosion resistance, chemicals resistance, electric insulation property and the like. Main uses are electric home products, automobile parts, gauges, mechanical tools, joints, disaster prevention equipment and materials, a steel home furniture, a heavy electric apparatus, etc.
The thermosetting polyester-based resin powder coating has excellent
coating film appearance, physical properties, weather resistance, but has
a slight problem in chemical resistance. Main uses are electric home products,
automobile parts, building materials, out-door fences, home products, road
materials, bombs, etc.
The thermosetting acrylic resin powder coating has moisture resistance,
excellent weather resistance, contamination resistance, and suitable for
coating the article exposed outdoors. Main uses are automobile parts, electric
home products, road materials, road materials, building materials, etc.

The powder coating of our "NISSIN Powder" has many characteristics such as high corrosion resistance, physical properties, chemical properties and the like, respectively. It is possible for us to prepare and provide a new powder coating suitable for the required conditions of respective customers.
